DMCA & Copyright Policy
Vibestream Music Private Limited respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content distributed through Vibestream Music that you believe infringes your copyright.

Our approach
We respond to clear, complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), India's Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We may remove or disable access to content, notify the account holder, and pass the notice to the relevant stores and platforms.
How to submit a copyright notice
Email a notice to our designated contact at contact@vibestreammusic.in with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice". To be valid, it must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email, and your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, and proof of ownership or authority where possible.
- Details that let us find the content: the release title, artist name, UPC or ISRC, and store links where available.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay action or may not be actionable.
What happens next
- We review the notice and may ask you for more information.
- If the notice is valid, we may take down the content or disable access, and we may tell the account holder that a complaint was received, including your contact details.
- Because music is delivered to third-party stores, removal from each platform depends on that platform's processing time.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, or you have authorisation to use it, you can send a counter-notice to contact@vibestreammusic.in including:
- Your name, address, phone number, email and signature.
- Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found, and that you will accept legal notices from the person who sent the original complaint.
We may forward the counter-notice to the complainant. If the complainant does not tell us they have started legal action within a reasonable period, we may restore the content, unless the platform or the law requires otherwise.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or who upload content they do not have the rights to distribute.
False claims
Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can lead to legal liability including damages and costs. Please be sure of your claim before you send a notice. If you are unsure, consider getting legal advice.
Content ID and Rights Manager disputes
If your complaint is about a YouTube Content ID or Facebook & Instagram Rights Manager claim, the platform's own dispute process also applies. Write to us with the release details and we will help where we can, but the final decision rests with the platform.
